Yes, I found that since I started drinking more water I get up in the night to pee. I try to drink most of my water with meals and first thing in the morning, and after exercise. I think it's normal to lose a few pounds of water weight. I also have a question: is brown rice better for you than white rice?

Hey everyone, I'm a 21 year old student from the UK looking to lose some weight and get fit for the summer. While I wouldn't consider myself "fat" (I'm in a healthy BMI range), I could do with losing (what my Mum calls) puppy fat and toning up! Love the website, it's so easy to keep track of calories and exercise. :drinker:
