My kids are 8 and 10. Just tried "Skinny Pop" popcorn in the individual bags. I think they are good option for lunch snacks. Even though I skimmed the article, I like the confirmation in eating WHOLE foods, less processed, is a good focus. Especially in calorie burn. Thanks for sharing!

I used be able to eat anything I wanted as long as I exercised. I realized about a year or so ago that I cannot out exercise my diet anymore. It's taking me awhile to get used to this new concept. I look as some food and think, "you can't be THAT bad for me.?!" and I eat it!
