I don't have many answers for you, but I'm not so good at drinking enough water either. I have made it my goal from this week on to drink at least 64 ounces daily (eight 8-oz cups). I have a mini magnetic whiteboard that I hung on the refrigerator that I write how much water I drink each day. My fancy new-ish refrigerator…

It wasn't that book, but I'll have to check it out! It was Piece of Mind by Sandy MacGregor. My dad actually found the book long ago on a trip to Australia/New Zealand. The book is more about meditation and controlling your subconscious mind, but it talks about weight release as well :-)
