I'm 5'4 and I've been stuck here awhile. When I was 16 I was 125 lbs and a size 3/4/5 depending on the brand. Then I gained weight and was stuck between 140-150 for awhile. Now that I'm trying to lose weight I'm about 135. Keep in mind I'm 20

I'm just starting to be able to resist my cravings. Avoid the tv!!! I find that makes me want to eat, eat , and eat. The good news for you is you're already eating healthy snacks instead of junk. I started with 27 to lose and now I have 10 more to lose and I'm kinda stuck. Plus my parents are criticizing me saying I'm not eating enough which I do eat until I'm full or overly full. so I looked into the group eat more to lose less. That might help hopefully.

I don't what gym you are a member with but at my gym they have sign up desks and stuff. Just go over there where the managers usually are and tell them or call them. You pay good money to go there you shouldn't have to be uncomfortable .

I think mine says 130. So I'm currently only 5 over. It might say 125 which is my goal weight. Either way my 21st birthday is in January therefor I need a new license then.

I had to do a liquid diet for several days about a month ago. Yes I lost quite a bit of weight but then it's hard to keep it off once I could eat again so I would advise not to do it.

I know the sabotage feeling. However I haven't cut things or gone to salads only. I've gone from the ten piece chicken nugget meal Large to a chicken nugget mini meal (small fry and 4 pieces of chicken). I find the eliptical helps with a tummy. You'll have to slowly work your way into a decent workout with it though. My advice on your heritage diet honestly I would keep eating the foods you love. My favorite part is the app. I can access it on my phone and log my food whenever wherever. There's great support and it shows you how much water you drink and you can add categories for calorie free drinks too.

Slowly start to change your diet. that's the best advice I can give. If you need a treat sometime eat it but in proportion. Because a little chocolate bar is better for you than a big one. Also when you're shopping I advice to look at the calories before you buy things. Feel free to add me :)
