  • Could it be your food count? Proper correction and food ratio is important to keep me level. Also cod you be insulin resistant? They think I am and I went from fighting highs to fighting lows
  • I hate going over because I needed juice or candy. I use juice or soda generally, sometimes candy. Sometimes I just don't log them or forget trying to come up.

  • Try an apple with peanut butter. Peanut butter definitely has calories. If you can afford it jiff to go is pretty good. have some meet with dinner and fruit. or replenish with gatorade. These aren't huge calorie loads but it's what i can think of off the top of my head.

  • Do you weigh in the morning after you use the restroom but before you eat? That's the best time to do it. Make sure to count all your little snacks you eat and log it. The smart phone app helps a lot.

  • I've noticed recently the "good tasting" snacks are the killer ones. Two hundred calories each, ridiculous. It's ok to have one but either schedule it in or try to do one or less a day.   • I love LA fitness. I can go to any LA fitness in the country and mine has top of the line equipment with personal tv's on all cardio. Also classes are included in membership dues.
  • I don't eat the best foods. I'm 5'4 and started around 147. I've noticed that if I work out daily and drink lots of water and stay under my calories. I lose a little each week. Try measuring your body. and maybe check out eat more to lose more. It's a group on here and it's ups your calories.
  • I'm on my mom's insurance plan till I turn 26. She has good insurance. I get roughly 9 bottles of Humalog for $90. That lasts me at least three months. I'm in school to be a pharmacy technician and thousands upon thousands are spent on diabetic supplies. (exact numbers escape me right now)

  • Personally I love LA fitness. I pay 32 a month with tax. I can go to any LA fitness in the nation. They also have a $10 a week plan that is good at LA fitness in the state. They have weight machines and free weights. Also tons of cardio and free classes.

  • I haven't seen my counselor in like 7 months and she says I don't look like I've lost weight. I'd lost like 10-12 pounds at the time. I brushed it off and have lost even more weight since then. Your sister could have taken a worse picture, roughly 20 pounds heavier. Be proud. Don't let little things derail you.
