    So inspiring! Thank you! I needed this today! Some days are harder than others. Definitely feeling more of a challenge with summer and fall....too much good food and will power has been bad but I am logging! EVERYDAY and EVERYTHING (for the most part...hehehehe)

    I'm past 180 days ...the weight has come off A LOT slower....but I know it's because I haven't been 100% diligent everyday. I have definitely had my "cheat" days but The blessing behind MFP is that everyday is a NEW DAY.

    Keep up the awesome work! never give up on you!
