I never WANT to workout during shark week. as a matter of fact, it always seems like an awful idea. but then when i've finished working out, i always feel so damn good. those endorphins do wonders.

eggs are such a super food for protein! and totally on the greek yogurt train. I love Fage 0%. it is never not in my fridge! some good fiber-rich foods are beans! black beans, white beans, kidney beans, garbonzo beans... i also like to get fiber from cereal. there are tons of nummy high-fiber and high-protein cereals…
