i always get "designer whey" in chocolate, so so so delicious. half a scoop and a cup of almond milk, and i have a 75 calorie snack that curbs my appetite! i almost always have it post-workout.

I dropped weight pretty rapidly for the first few weeks I started dieting, and I think it's due to the suddenly dramatic change and the fact that I have a lot to lose in the first place. I immediately started eating clean and exercising on a whim. I can't guarantee anything, because everyone's bodies work so differently,…

well, just like people (like me.. hah) have to push themselves to eat less calories, you have to push yourself to reach your limit! but never make yourself uncomfortable, of course. i suggest eating things like avocados, yams, potatoes, nuts - all things that are full of a ton of good-for-you calories!
-
i'm the same way! one of my really close friends started eating healthily and got really excited about it, and that kickstarted me into eating healthy, and i'm hoping some of my other friends follow along in our little domino effect of health.

i loove almond milk. i used to drink skim cow milk for 90 cals a cup, and it tasted like white water. now i get almond milk for 60 calories a cup and it's way creamier and deliciouser and wonderfuller and ah i love it

i remember jillian michaels once said in an interview that if you have to eat so soon before bed, you should eat more protein than carbs - can't cite it exactly though. but you shouldn't worry too much. eat whatever you feel like eating!

hey, hey now! if you are allowed to be slightly annoyed by the way some people write - annoyed enough to make a topic about it - then we certainly have equal rights to be annoyed by the way you do too! it just comes off as a little pretentious and off-putting. i make this statement in hopes that you may avoid future…
