I exercise in the pm also. Usually between 4 and 6. My gym has weird kids club hours.

I'm guilty of this as well :ohwell: But now I am always prepared. And to OP about the weather comment, now that it's getting to be nice weather it's so hard to me to decide if I'm going to go to the gym or do something outside with my kids (they always want to go to the park) but since daylight savings is next week we'll…

I LOVE your curvy figure! Great job!

Well according to "studies" what's good for you one day is bad for you another, take red wine for example. Conflicting studies are found all the time. I take them all with a grain of salt. My family uses aspartame and splenda because my husband is diabetic and although he loves his sweets, sugar would literally kill him.…

This is what I use and I love it too. I have the Driod Bionic which is HUGE and hard to find an armband that will hold it. I bought one from curves that is stretchy and I had to make the hole bigger to squeeze it in. It looks kinda funny because part of it sticks out but it works lol.

Oh yes, I forgot why I don't watch that movie anymore. Even that picture is making me sad

This hands down! I cry like a baby at this part every time.

If you have a picture of yourself before you lost the weight take a look at as a reminder of where you don't want to get back to.

I agree with this. I used to hate running in high school but have actually grown to love it. Take it slow. I average a 12 minute mile or 5mph and can easily run 3 miles in 36 minutes without being winded at all. Breathe in deep from your gut. It takes time to build endurance so each time you run try going a little further…

In a single day your weight can change +/- 2 to 4 pounds. I do really well with my eating during the week and usually have free weekends. I still try not to gorge myself but I tend to eat things I don't during the week (like hambergers) and I've been losing at a steady pace. Drink lots and lots of water, the reason you're…

I was on the shot in high school, I only got one dose though because in two months I gained almost 20 pounds and it made me so emotional. I would be happy one minute, then mad, then I'd be crying. It was horrible. I switched to the pill right after that and everything went back to normal. I will NEVER do depo again.

I think this sums it up pretty well. I've only been at this for the last 5 months and have lost almost 30 pounds which I know if I only ate "healthy" I may lose more weight but then I would crave the "bad foods" like bad fats and sweets. Moderation is key, it may be a slow process but in the end I know I'll be able to keep…

If you liked the DaVinci Code I highly suggest The Lost Symbol. It's eye opening and really makes you think about the corrilation between religion and science.

I'm not sold on this either. I'm not into fad dieting. Eat lots of fruits and veggies, lean meats/proteins, and whole grains. If you want a piece of pizza eat one, just not the whole thing. Besides drinking more water will help you drop water weight.

I have 3 year old twin girls! Anyone can feel free to add me as well. Other moms of multiples are always welcome :)

For the sore throat you could try lukewarm water with honey and maybe lemon. When my kids are sick I give them a tablespoon of honey and it relieves the sore throat better than any over the counter medicine I've tried. Plus they like the taste. I hope they feel better soon. There's nothing worse then having sick babies.

I had mine taked out lapriscopically (sp) which is what I'm assuming you mean by keyhole (three small incisions) I was in surgery on a Thursday and back to work on Monday. The pain wasn't bad for me, it hurt to sit up or laugh for a few days, kind of like you just did a whole bunch of crunches, but I was up and walking…

Me too! I'm sending a friend request now. Anyone can feel free to add me as well. The more the merrier!

I prefer the treadmill because I love to run. I'm also training for my first 5k, but the treadmill is much harder on your knees. I like the elliptical because as everyone else stated it's low impact. I don't like the elliptical as much as the treadmill though because I tend to get bored on it. With the treadmill I can jog,…

I JUST finished The Lost Symbol by Dan Brown, the last book in the Angels and Demons series. Hardcover. So good. I can't wait for the movie to come out later this year :)

On my phone I use Cardio Trainier that you can sync up with a Polar Bluetooth HRM (I don't have the HRM but I like that it has this capability) It uses GPS to track your distance and time and you can choose your exercise eg. walking, jogging, biking, or gym equipment like treadmill or elliptical.

In Sacramento it's about $3.89 a gallon. Funny how it takes so long to go down but can easily jump $.06 overnight

Well I think it's great, I didn't see the comment on the other thread but I did see this topic so I clicked on it. Spread the word, the more people who know about it the better :)

If you actually watch the movie it isn't just about the meat industry it's about the food industry in general. Even the farmers who harvest corn and other vegetables are victims of these large corporations. Farmers who planted soy beans were driven into debt when that company (don't remember the name) put a patent on…
