I have been doing three days a week of C25K along with Stronglifts 5x5. On my off days I walk for at least 30 minutes.

Egg whites. Each morning I mix the equivalent of 4 eggs in liquid egg whites with one regular egg. I get over 30g of protein each morning and I'm full through lunch. Deviled Eggs with avocado sounds amazing!!!!!

That is pretty sweet! Congrats, and thanks for sharing. Those coconut bars are amazing! At my heaviest I've been 280, so this is very inspiring to me. I started lifting and doing the Couch to 5k training. I live in Colorado and we are getting dumped with snow, I've been out shoveling snow getting a good workout. Already…

I just finished my first week of stronglifts and find it great. I'd recommend that as well.
