Depends on your size and what activity you will be doing..?I've found some at target that are good,****s has some good ones too.For high impact I really suggest going to a smaller size to control painful bounce.

Luna bars ( chocolate peppermint stick is my fav),Lara bars,Slim fast bar,Luna protein.Good suggestions here-I'll try them out too.Have you made your own smoothies or protein shakes before?There are also bottles at grocery stores and has stations like Naked or Bolthouse farm smoothies with protein.

Really awesome replies here.In my experience a change in food and activities can help you lose weight-I was stuck at a plateau for a while.Carry water bottles absolutely everywhere and constantly refill them-about one or two per hour.Eat healthy snacks so you don't get overly hungry.Keep sneaking in…

I've found some amazing things at goodwill:awesome black dress boots,brand new clothes with all the tags on,Halloween costumes for much cheaper than costume shops.

Happy to see this post.Lots of good advice here.Lifting burns a lot of calories,makes you leaner,gives you more energy.Would you rather have a small number on the scale or a flat stomach?I measure myself and keep track of how many inches I have lost.Are you eating protein after your workout?

I literally have been on bikes my whole life-yes baby carrier on back (I know its not legal don't yell at me I was the baby!)I love the Honda Shadow,and Rebel.Nice to meet other bike people.:)

I understand why you would think that of you haven't seen women bodybuilders or a very fit buff women.Im a size 16 right now and I'm toned and smooth with a small waist(yes still have womanly curves hourglass figure)

As a nurse there are a lot of things not listed that could be causing/contributing to the problem:has she had her thyroid tested,anemia,hypergylcemia(thats HYPER not hypo big difference),Chrohns disease,ulcers,etc.What kind of pain is she experiencing?Any other issues going on?In general I recommend yoga for total body…

My husband is the same way.Id recommend chilli with textured vegetable protein (TVP) or Morningstar/or gardien beef substitute.TVP comes dried in a bag in the health section.Gardein also has yummy chicken substitute.

I haven't tried that one yet,I work out 6-7 days a week but everyone is different.I do a lot of yoga and stretching.
