First almost any recipe can easily be made vegetarian.When making chili or lasagna just use meatless crumbles instead of beef.Check out some free recipes online and at cookbooks from the library.Make sure you are getting enough protein,vitamin B-12,iron,and healthy fats for your body to function properly.

I add some pecans,almonds,cashews to make it more interesting and add protein.Cherries,raisins,pears,apple,banana,grapes,cantaloupe,honeydew,kiwi whatever you like.Im going to make some soon-using Silk(lactose dairy free) yogurt to mix it together.:)

Some really great replies here.Gaining during TOM is normal.Your doing great be patient and you will see results that last!Drink more water,eat more fiber and protein,change up you're food and workouts so your body plateau.
