Hello,glad you asked.My friend had it done and she has had some issues with it-sugar upsets her stomach,she gets nauseous.She is happy she got it done but has to eat snacks between every meal,and the meals have to be small.Overall I would say read about it before getting it done.Good luck with everything,Rose
