Just an update. I put on my workout clothes. Still wasn't motivated, so I ate breakfast. Then I started thinking about how much less I'd want to do it as the day goes on, so I sucked it up. Only did about 20 minutes, but I did something!

My best suggestion is fruit. It's sweet and it's healthier. Berries are the best for me. I also agree with eating smaller, more frequent meals to stay full. Don't keep it in the house or at least put it up in a hard to reach place so you really have to think about it before you eat it. Slowly lessen the amount of sugar or…

As someone else said, start small. For the first few weeks after I started exercising again, I did anything from 6 to 18 minutes because I was too out of shape to do more. Now I can make it the whole 30+ without problems. Even if all you can fathom doing is bicep curls, do that. Or jumping jacks. Anything is better than…

I am also trying to find the best time to work out as I have had trouble getting out of bed to work out lately. Problem is, by 8 pm, when I could work out, I'm too tired to even think about it. I do think that it's better to exercise right before bed than not at all. I hope you figure out what works for you.

I am totally addicted to Mt Dew. Even with cutting back and stuff, I'm at about 3 cans a day (on a good day)! Other days it can be 6 to 8 cans. I'm having the same problem as you. I'm not a vegan but I do the Wii fit and just dance on the wii. Or at least I try! Also have a playstation 3 but no exercise games for that because I don't think the move works too well.
