Hello and yes my calorie goal is 1,200 as of now with an hour of exercise 5 days a week to start.

Thank you Kim, appreciate the inspiration and support. Since the end of January, I have lost 30 lbs. and have 30 more to go. I will do it!!!!!!! (Have to have that positive attitude!)
