I have had it and do have it from time to time because it tastes good and fills me up when I am in mad rush. Use good quality ingredients so it's rich creamy and frothy. I add 1 TBS Anchor unsalted butter, 1 TBS raw coconut oil 2 TBS double cream (helps prevent oil slick top) some ginger and cinnamon powder then blend it…

I am not a big pudding person, I rarely have a sweet after my meals but I do love baked fruit. Baked apples and/or pear/peach/plum/prunes with cinnamon/ginger hot banana and dark chocolate and PB. I also love trifle and cheesecake

The main component of a lot of my meals is mixed vegetables, not so much of a fruit eater so that's how I get mine.

If I want "Junk" I'll have some. A little of what I fancy has never done me any harm in the past and stops cravings building up to the point of "I want to eat all the ice cream, crisps, sweets, in the house now!"

Depends oatmeal, oatmeal and fruit, fruit, yogurt (Greek), or just coffee. I often don't have time for breakfast (need at least an hour consciousness or I feel sick). On not early shift work days I often don't eat till noon no matter what time I am up and then it's a veggie egg (2 whole medium) scramble with cheese or fish…

Have you tried to making stews? I make them a lot in my slow cooker but you can just use a big pot too. Choose a protein that's cheap (in your area of the world) add in seasonal veggies (root veggies and frozen mixed work great), stock (can even use tinned soup), gravy or some kind of thickener, seasoning to style and…

I use left overs for breakfast on cold mornings, most folks think it's odd but it works well. I've had stew, soup egg scrambles with cheese and veggies.

I've suffered with a bad back my whole life, I know how difficult it can be to manage it and exercise. My advice would be go slow, focus on calories and nutrition until your back is in a condition to workout then do something light, and do something that helps build core strength/flexibility. I do a yoga, walk a lot and…

Look for calorie dense foods as a suggestion :) Try nut butters, avacado, coconut oil and coconut cream for example. All these mix well into smoothies with oatmeal and fruit. These might also be useful sites. http://ecovegangal.com/learn/how-to/item/1135-how-to-gain-weight-on-the-vegan-diet…

Most kids are very active, far more so then adults. Think of the games you used to play in terms of exercise. Things like jump rop or tag, follow the leader, leap frong, hula hooping etc. And here are some other ideas. https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/fitness-blender-kids-workout-25-minute-fun-workout-for-kids-at-home…

Try somthing like these that can be done at home to build confidance and get an understanding of what you CAN do not what you can. Your fitbit seems a little messed up, I've got a fitbit one and it's never counted my steps when I wave (or shake) my arms/hands (even when on the night band). Have your tried re-setting the device? (For the one I have you connect it as if to charge and hold the on button down for 12 seconds) I had an issue where I could…

Have you tried writing them (your feelings) down? I won't suggest talking about them with somone because if you were comfortable sharing what's wrong you'd not be eating your feelings. However sometimes writing everything down and then say burning the paper or deleting the file can help. That way no stress of it being read…

500ml of Go Coco coconut water and a 1.5 oz box of raisins, was an early shift and that's about all I can stomach at 6:30 not that I tend to eat breakfast at the best of times :)

25lbs is amazing! You should be proud of yourself! As has been said we are our own worst enemy when it comes to criticizing I still look in the mirror most days and don't really see a change. I think it takes a while for the minds eye to catch up with the body. You are doing great!
