I tend to eat two or three meals and a few snacks. Depends on the day and the shift (are there enough staff on the floor to let me take a break and eat something.) Sounds cool looking it up, I don't drive so I walk everywhere not so much on the running bit yet. I also work in elderly frail / nursing / dementia so I am on the front lines for a lot of the illnesses these charities support.

My Arms? Too big lol. I have some happy flappy bat wing going on mixed with real muscles, not good for most woman's wear lol. Also thighs... these things are holding onto their padding >.< As for inches I think it's 12 or 12.5 for my bicep area (5ft4 135-140 lbs)

Adding in calorie dense foods to supliment your caloric intake will help with weight gain as will having snacks.
