    Smoked salmon, cheddar and sauerkraut sandwich on whole grain, toasted in the panini press. Delicious!

    I had a huge green salad, with orange peppers, half a cucumber and a can of tuna on it. :)
  • Coffee, and 40g apple Bircher muesli with almond milk, plus a glass of water with lemon. The oats keep me going, I don’t have a big appetite so eat small but more often :)

    Maple brown sugar oatmeal with a tablespoon of peanut butter and a half scoop of vanilla protein. With a cut up apple on top :D delicious and filling.

    Coffee (black) I don't bother to log that, then about 2 hours later when my stomach will accept food, toast with butter and a coffee with a little semi skimmed milk :)

    Same! I will get to work and have a coffee (black) and then about 2-3 hours later I will either eat a banana, apple or oatmeal if I am hungry.

    I had the same thing I always have, tea with a scoop of protein powder and a scoop of fiber. I have a hard time eating in the mornings, but I never skip my tea.

    I had Scrapple (2 ounces), one egg and orange juice (8 ounces). I grew up on the east coast in Delaware and absolutely love Scrapple. I have also fallen in love with Natalie’s Orchid Island Pasteurized orange juice!

    Wait do you mix the egg with orange juice and scramble it together? Or do you mean separately?
