Weekend breakfast bomb: English muffin sandwiches (2) with cheddar, bacon, and egg, and a side of brussels sprouts, roasted under the cooking bacon. Coffee with cream AND sugar. Like... 900 calories.0

Weekly weekend protein bombing: BLT (sourdough, baked uncured center cut bacon) and my normal 3/4c oatmeal, fresh fruit, coffee: 770 calories/31 protein0

Coffee, apple, 1/2 whole wheat pita pocket of turkey & cheese, basic romaine salad with carrots and light italian dressing, pumpkin pie yogurt. (ALL OVER THE PLACE TODAY!) under 500 calories with 31 g of protein.0

Large portobello mushroom cap filled with spinach, organic salsa, firm tofu, 2 tbsp's of pepita seeds, quarter cup of blueberries and some chopped onion, peppers and tomato. All slightly wilted/warmed. Yum!0
