Large portobello mushroom cap filled with spinach, organic salsa, firm tofu, 2 tbsp's of pepita seeds, quarter cup of blueberries and some chopped onion, peppers and tomato. All slightly wilted/warmed. Yum!0

Today I went to this place called The Avocado House. It was amazing!
I had a veggie scramble with their house made spelt bread, apricot jam, and fruit.

Overnight oats: oatmeal, almond milk, dried cranberries, and walnuts. 1 1/2 minutes in the microwave, and a quick, delicious, and filling hot breakfast!1

Iโm feeling the carbs today- a bacon butty with brown sauce followed by a buttery toasted bagel washed down with 2 cups of tea. Some days I just want bread so much I think Iโm part duck ๐1
