    Lots of coffee. Breakfast is usually around 11 or 12, and this morning was a toasted English muffin w/ PB + 2 eggs scrambled

    Buckwheat pancakes, sugar free syrup and black coffee. I did make enough pancakes for tomorrow too, but my kids found them and overcame their aversion to anything gluten free lol.

    At 12:00 I had a 125 gram yogurt with organic 1 T. raw cacao stirred in.

    Two overeasy eggs, two slices of turkey bacon, and a piece of toast with 10 grams of light, whipped cream cheese, cherry tomato, smoked salmon, and everything bagel seasoning on top. Coffee with pumpkin spice Nutpods creamer, Swerve sugar alternative, and 2 TPSP of coconut based whipped cream on top. Hit all the right spots and was a very filling breakfast for less than 300 cals.

    just about to make my favourite breakfast. Leftover red pepper stuffed with rice from dinner. I'll fry it up and add an egg and some ham...going to be amazing.

    I made stuffed bell pepper baked omelettes. Eggs, diced ham, sharp cheddar cheese. I got the recipe on Pinterest. Marble rye toast.
    I’m working on a pot of black coffee.

    A homemade everything bagel I baked fresh this morning. 1 cup fresh strawberries and a boiled egg and a pomegranate raspberry tea.

    Scrambled eggs with ricotta cheese, toast with low calorie becel, 100g of fresh strawberries and a mug of black coffee. (400calories total)
