45g oats
15g Sunwarrior chocolate protein powder
70g frozen banana
70g frozen cherries
16f crunchy peanut butter
Water
Microwaved it all for 2 minutes. This is my most common breakfast.
Plus two cups of coffee, one with cow milk and one with coconut milk (trying to cut down on dairy for the planet)1 -

I had my typical weekday, before work breakfast:
- A big ol' coffee w/ 1oz Almond Caramel Coffee Mate
- 1 large egg w/ a dash of salt
- 100g Activia lactose free yogurt - vanilla

2-cups of spinach, 2 oz. white onion, 1 oz. baby bella mushrooms, 1/4 c. blueberries, 1 Tbspn. Pepitas, 1 Gardein vegan breakfast sausage. Heated everything for about a minute. Mixed with a little salt and a lot of black pepper.1
