  • I set my calorie goal at 1000 and generally have no problem staying under that. I am trying to get more protein (before was recommended to eat 60-80 grams/day but now and shooting for 90-100. I have my 3 month post op on June 1st so I'll see what else my nut has to say :) Keep up the good work everyone! <3 Jennifer

  • It's only safe to eat that few calories if you really know what you're doing or under a doctor's supervision. In the case of any WLS, you are under doctor's and dietician's care.   • Ugh, so sorry to hear! Hope everything turns out OK. I've had wicked heartburn & nausea lately, but nothing comes up. Even if I try to puke, it doesn't work. & we almost had our surgeries on the same day! You only got 4 days on me! :) Again, my thoughts are with you - please keep us posted!
