  • I'm doing my first mud run in a month! Not gonna lie, totally nervous!! I'm doing mud hero because it's seems like an easier place to start ( no burpees!). Possibly Spartan before the end of summer of the first one goes well!
  • I'm doing mud hero in Ottawa in a month!
  • Such a great blog!!! I can't get enough of it!
  • I'm doing the same thing! A couple flights of stairs just to get to the next level, quick walk through the office to hit 5000 steps before lunch. I find its been pretty motivating! Now i just need to put more effort in on the weekends lol
  • Hey all, I could definitely use some mfp and fitbit friend. https://www.fitbit.com/user/2YPPSV. Good luck to you all!
  • Just got my fitbit Charge HR so I'm looking forward to my t25 workout tonight! Finally get an idea of my heart rate and calorie burn :)
  • Hey all, new to this group! My stats are: Age: 27 Height: 5'4" CW: around 140 GW: 120 This is the heaviest I've ever been and I don't like how I no longer fit in my clothes!! I was very fit and strong in university, but being chained to a desk and living with my boyfriend for the last five years has really taken a toll!…

  • I'm just starting to use the focus t25 system. It's great, but I feel like I'm the only person who can't seem to get through the entire 25 minutes without at least taking a short break. It's quite disheartening!! I wish you luck!!!
  • I just ordered the new Fitbit Charge HR. I'm super excited to try it out. Have any of you noticed a difference in the way you train or in your weight loss journey? Has the fitbit helped?
  • I'm in for giving this morning workout another shot! I did so well in the summer during wedding season, but as soon as the last wedding was over, I stopped. Ruined all of my hard work and now I'm right back where I started. Even putting in 10-20 minutes in the morning is better than nothing!!
  • Hi all, I'm 5'4 - currently at 134 lbs and on my way to finding a happy size. My happiest weight was probably in the range of 117-120 lbs but I don't nor have I really ever weighed myself often, if ever. That was about 3 years ago, when I was really active and fit. The only advice I have in terms of weight loss is to not…
  • 5'4 - 135 lbs. Pre-desk job weight (3 years ago) was probably around 117 - I was fit and strong and happy. Very active! Trying to get back into feeling that good again - I don't care what weight I end up at - just miss the confidence that came with feeling strong. I walk about 4 km every day just to/from work. I started…
  • Hey, My boyfriend and I started Insanity yesterday (Fit Test). I actually got through the entire first week a few weeks back, but due to a dozen events/parties/etc and getting sick, I had to take two weeks off - but I'm back at it with a vengeance! Keep up the spirit - just know that it'll be so worth it - feeling strong…
  • I'm 5'4, currently at 135. My most comfortable happy weight is around 120. I loved my body then; I felt happy and healthy and strong. that's my goal, to get back to that and to change my life for the better so I can stay healthy and feeling better :) Anyone with similar stats, please feel free to add me! :) I could use…
  • Hey all, I'm new to MFP!! Stats: 24yo SW: 137 CW 135 (haven't weighed myself since last weekend) GW: 120ish. I love the calorie counter - it keeps me accountable for everything :) My biggest problem is that I'm a snacker, and I LOVE chips.... I've taken up jogging on Saturday and Sunday mornings. I also started taking Krav…
  • Hey! Good luck to everyone with the weight loss! Losing is only part of the battle - maintaining also takes a lot of work!! I'm looking to lose about 15lbs (that's about how much I've gained over 4 years). Add me if you like - we could all use a little support and motivation!!!!
  • Hi all, I was surprised to see that there is an actual thread for Krav. When I try to explain it to friends or anyone, nobody knows what it is. My boyfriend and I have started taking it - completed our first TWO HOUR session last Monday, have our second one tonight (we missed the second class due to prior engagements). We…
