.2 . Yup! .2 5 weeks in and I've lost .2 pounds. I'm trying to tell myself it's because I just jumped hardcore back in the gym after taking a year off and I'm building back muscle... but I'm discouraged. And I don't feel my clothes getting looser; so if I don't lose anything by the end of this month, I'll go see my Dr.…

 118-120. Considering I lost Point Two pounds in a month, it will take me 16 years to get there... LOL

I'm have the same question. I take a Group Power class and can't figure out how to load it under Strength. I finally just bought a Polar FT7 watch and recorded my calories burned and just made my own exercise, but had to put it under Cardio because I don't know how many reps/weights I did.

Beans, fruit, quinoa, wild rice, ...

I'm trying hard to log everything - still am lazy with raw veggies (celery, cucumbers, broccoli florets, baby spinach) but am getting better! Sometimes I don't know if I'm doing it accurately or not, like when I add a splash of soy sauce to something, not sure if it's a quarter of a teaspoon or what.

A bit of peanut butter (1 tsp) and a slice of Sara Lee 45 calorie bread for a snack. Lunch coming up in 45 minutes, woo hoo. (Not sure what it will be yet, prolly soup)

Sadly so is Ice Cream. I still remember last 4th of July. Ate a WHOLE bag of Doritos and a WHOLE carton of Hagan Daz. Sigh. No wonder I'm 16 lbs overweight :)

That's me today - sore calf muscles from walking up hill and walking to work. It will do better. I learned a tip for extreme sore legs and stairs... walk up backwards. I know it hurts like heck but in a weird small way it's like "yay me! I worked out!" so congratulations!! :)

Yes, you are exercising so that will help. Try to take a weight class or do more weights; it helps! You'll really notice a difference when your clothes start to fit better and are looser. Hang it there, I feel the pain, as it took me a month to lose a pound before! Don't give up, keep faith! It will come off, it will…

I drink Maeda-en Brown Rice Tea with match. I like Tazo Awake (I usually get that at Starbucks, iced). Twinnings de-calf Lady Earl Grey is a nice too,

I like Fage (or any plain) mixed with fresh fruit (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, etc). I do add a wee bit of sweetner to it as I have a sweet tooth.

I tend to buy what's on sale - I like them all. :) I still need to try more of the flavored kind (chiptole, southwest, etc) but in the summer I go 'burger crazy' and eat them a few times a week with some watermelon and veggie medly. Quiick and easy for someone who doesn't cook.

Here are some of my favorite snackees: Nuts, string cheese/cheese, peanut butter w/celery, edamame, veggies/hummus/guac KIND bars.. The hard part is watching how much to eat, I could eat a whole Costco size containter of cashews if left unattended! Some snacks I like that have carbs - Motts container of applesauce (or…

I like Fage plain with chopped strawberries, blueberries, or berries. I try to do the 0% or 2% but every now and then for a treat I'll do the regular - it's so yummy!

A cheat day for me is an extra slice of pizza or not worrying about what I want to eat when I go out. This month my favorite cup cake place is having a bake-sale so my cheat day will be two of their delicious cupcakes (and probably a veggie/protein stir fry for dinner). I don't want to "diet" if I have to say "no" to…

Ditto. I have the same exact problem. I keep telling me myself that if I buy this bag of chips, I'll just have ONE serving ..... but I end up eating the whole bag. :( So, it comes down to not buying anything and avoiding the treat bowls at work. Very hard to do so hang in there! I love ice cream and on occasion will have a…
