Today was my D1 in L3 and I felt it much easier than L2. I don't feel that sore, but I did all my moves like Anita. Tomorrow I'll try to do more moves like Natalie. When JM talks about those little dimples on the lower back, I'm like "I want those!" and it makes me do the move Natalie style. When I say I feel L3 "easier",…

Today is my last day on level 2, I was going to be done with it yesterday but I took friday off since one of my wrists was killing me. I let it rest fro the weekend and on Monday I started again and everything was fine. Ugh! I can't wait to be over with level 2, i just don't like all those planks. And yesterday I stepped…

I wish I knew, I just bought extreme shed and shred... Anyway, I will support you anyway, we are not alone in this journey, we have each other. YAY!

No tattoes here either. I like them very much, but I don't like needles and I wouldn't get a tattoo anytime soon because I'm such a chicken when it comes to needles, I'm a dentist and I am afraid of going to the dentist, that's how afraid I am of needles, he.

I feel very tired everyday, I get up in the morning but I don't feel completely rested (is that a word?). I don't like too much level 2. And I gain 1 pound! I been eating right, I don't know... Anyway, Here I go! Another day of level 2. I'll be done with it next tuesday.

I'm sorry to hear this. I hope your back gets better, and good for you to listen to your body and not pushing it.

Awesome! You look awesome. That's all I can say. Just one question: what kind of snacks do you have? Thanks for sharing :)

Aww, thank you very much! I wouldn't think that I am a dedicated person, I procrastinate a lot, but now, I'm trying to not do it and be as organize as when I was in college. Thanks for the support. Kudos to you.

D3, today it was very difficult for me, I couldn't do many moves, and my knees are killing me. I'm trying to modify some moves, but still is HARD on the knees. I'm decided to get healty, but I won't pay the cost of bad knees. I know maybe I am not burning the same calories and all that, but I don't care. Bad knees run in…

I try to work out around 11 am or noon, when I'm done with my house chores. I don't like to work out after those hours, because after my shower, I get ready, put on make up (I'm a big make up fan) and got out to the bank, supermarket, etc, and come back and play my videogames :D

I just finish D2, and God! My heart is pounding like crazy still. I don't feel dizzy or anything, is just I hope the far I advance into this, the better my condition will be (really, I hope  )

I haven't "shred" today, is 3 pm here and still have lots to do in my house. I think I'm gonna end up working out tonight. UGH! I don't like to work out at night, but my housewive chores are calling me. I hope I can get done with it before 6 pm.

I was thinking the same thing. Great job!

Day 1 of L2 is done! I'm feel my butt and arms super sore. I stopped a few times for 5 seconds to catch my breath, but I'm positive that if I continue like this, I can make it. The planks are a killer for me, but I like to work like this instead of spending hours at my local gym. I was going to buy today (in wal mart) the…

YES! Me too. BTW, I will be giving myself mini treats here and there, I haven't plan anything yet, but my first one will be a new pair of tennis shoes, because the ones I use to work out are dying..

Thanks! I was needed this today, because I feel scared of doing level 2 for the first time.

Keep up! Don't give up, this journey is one day at a time, and even though, we would like to see results fast, we need to keep going. 9 pounds is great, I haven't lost that much in a long time, I wish I can be there, but for now I try to relax and not think about it by doing my chores, or read about something else than…

It broke my heart too. Hugs.

Haha, me too. Thank God we're 1/3 done. I like your avatar a lot. I love cats.

I am sorry Stacey_Lorrai! I can't believe the assistant said that to you. How rude and irresponsable from her part. I remember when my sister was getting marry, she lost a lot of weight for her wedding, she was probably aroung 240 lb, and lost like 60, but when she was trying wedding dresses one day, she was around 200 lb,…

We are here to be a healthier version of ourselves, and is nobody bussiness what we do to be healthy, or what we are doing to get in shape. Anyway, I can't stand when I see people that I haven't seen in…
