I really need help with snacking / drinking in the evening, too. I am finding some very satisfying and healthy home made soups. They can be filling and warm, which is a nice change from salads. I have had Vegetarian Split Pea and Minestrone'. They also freeze well if you make a large batch.

Thank you for responding! Can I have the fitbit steps sent to MFP or do I have to use the dongle on my laptop? I did put the Fitbit app on my phone. I will check out the link you posted again. I tried it before and didn't see what I was looking for, but I'm a bit techno "slow". :smiley:

I saw a man jogging through Manzanita wearing what looked like leggings and a short skirt, (jogging shoes etc.) but I don't think it was actually a kilt. If you get one I must have a picture!

It would be great to have a message board with positive, encouraging support. Creating new habits of eating and cooking right and adding exercise to my life is hard. BUT, I can do it. ( we can do it ) I had lost 24 pounds and over the last 6 months have gained most of it back. I am trying to get back into those good habits…
