Prezels... I lived for pretzels. I have found some acceptable replacements, but they are still not the same. I have found a recipe for waffles and I had a SERIOUS addiction goin for months, I ate waffles every weekend for a year, wore out a waffle iron and got a new one...AHHH, the little things that make me happy.

This looks really good and after 10 years I still miss things like rolls and pizza. Thanks for sharing.

Once the gluten had been purged from my system, I gained about 60 #, and I'm still working on getting it off. I was terribly anemic, but within 3 months, my iron levels shot up, and have remained stable ever since. I felt like I had been given my life back, with far more energy.

I've found that for me, once it starts there is no stopping it. Once the vomiting is done, it's not so bad, then ginger ale for a day or so... Yuck!

OMG, I do the same thing!!!! The fates have been kind, I have not gained any, but I haven't lost any either... Shocking... :embarassed:

I am over 50 hand have lost 13# with MFP total of 27# since 12/29. It's coming off very slowly, despite that, I am working out even with a trainer when I can. I'm SO pleased, I'm over halfway to my goal of 50#.. Live is very, very good. :)
