You are all AWESOME!!! Mine was that I did not binge yesterday... Big thing for me.

I woudn't worry about logging. Usually the day after all I can stand to look at is ginger ale anyway. I hope you feel better soon.
-
Fantastic job!!! Enjoy your success, you have more than earned it. :drinker:

I've been diagnosed for nearly 12 years. I haven't (voluntarily) had gluten since 2002, and believe me, if I make a boo boo, it's SOOO not worth it. I did not lose weight, in fact, I gained about 60 pounds. Feel free to add me if you like. Sharon

Lost 28# at 52, gained back 18#, now 55 and getting back on track. As someon else, it's NEVER too late. Sharon

Like many of the other posters, I use gum and fruit. I am still in the middle of weaning myself off sugar, but this is a couple of things that has helped me. I also love the sparkling zero calorie waters. Sharon

Well said.

OMG, you look beautiful!!! Congratulations and thanks for sharing. :flowerforyou: Sharon

I had not tried this, but from what others are saying, this is something that may be very beneficial for me. Thanks all for sharing. :flowerforyou: Sharon

You can add me. I'm 55, and keep coming back. Sharon

Yes, there is a learning curve, but I have been GF for nearly 12 years, and I got my life back!!! You can do this, as others have said, learn how/what to cook, and be kind to yourself. Good Luck, Sharon

You look great. Congrats!
-
Just for today I will fearlessly log every morsel I eat.
-
Ohh, please don't quit!! :flowerforyou: I feel your pain, I have been in your shoes. Everyone has posted really good suggestions. I would add one thing that sounds kinda corny but it helps to get my attitude right from when I wake up in the morning. Before you even get out of bed find ONE THING to be grateful for or ONE…

Be kind to yourself, your body has gone through tremendous changes in the last year: hormones, childbirth, now you have another human being to care for!! Maybe try starting out slowly, just go outside for a few minutes, walk around the yard, or go to the mailbox. If you need a nap, take a nap!! You need to take care of…

Thanks, I just read Eat to Live last week, and it truly made sense. I am currently working towards a plant based diet, but the Hubs is totally unsupportive, and pretty much mocks everything I try. I am hoping that when I have success, he will be motivated to try it as well, since he is right around 300#, and he isn't that…

you might try adding some chia seeds to it.. seems like that would gel it up. Some people have a texture thing with chia though.. Just a thought. Sharon

pretty sure it would be a waste of time for me. I sweat buckets, and if I did wear make up to the gym, it would slide off my face in a hurry!! sharon

Thanks for sharing, and... be glad you took massive action when you did... I have a weight issue all my life and I am in my 50's and finally dedicated to losing the weight. You are a strong man who has come through much.. Congratulations on your accomplishments!!! Best of luck in your future endeavors. Sharon

Yep, I am just getting back to that point again... I think it's so cool when that happens, makes me realize I am doing something right!

Try Sparkpeople and Chocolate Covered Katie too.

Dear GOD, the ignorance that is still out there is infuriating!!! :explode: I am so sorry you are going through this, and I agree wholeheartedly with the other posters that suggest different medical professionals. I went through something similar about 5 years ago, I had a Gastro doctor tell me that I didn't have…

Dayum!!! You look absolutely AMAZING!!! Congratulations!!!
-
Literally laughing out loud!!! Congrats on your loss!!

It's a struggle, and everyone has good ideas, I think you need to find what works for you and DO NOT GIVE UP!!! I'm also working with a dietitian, who has given me some good ideas, and with a behavioral health counselor. Good luck and add me if you like. (I have learned the hard way I have to keep my diary closed or I am…

No, I had heard some time ago that things like this were in the works, but I haven't tried them....
