    Thank you so much! Progress seems very slow, so I needed to see this.

    What was the most important thing that worked for you?

    can't say it enough but exercise, diet will only get you so far! I work my *kitten* off every day at the gym, and i've started running now so that's helped a treat!

    I started out doing 4/5 days a week now i pretty much train 7 days a week, i never work the same body part twice so i'm always rested and fresh and I've been working with a PT for the last year and she's been worth her weight in gold for all the advice and support I got from her.

    There is no easy or quick fix and fad diets don't work, I don't care what anybody says, I've literally tried them all and i lost a little weight at first then ended up heavier than when I started. Exercise changed my life, my diet still isn't the best and i can generally eat what i want now - i'm still losing weight and eat approx 1800 - 2400 a day depending on how much I'm working out.

    Have to say how awesome you look. You were pretty before, lets remember that, but you have obviously put in some hard work and look at the results. You look so much nicer smiling than pouting though lol.
