i eat the Olikos fat free cherry bottom. closest thing ive found to cherry cheescake, lmao...i often think about sprikling grahm cracker crumbs on it. lol plain yogurt makes me gag...i think its best used in cooking etc, not just to eat plain. some ppl add honey etc, but honey has a load of sugar in it too...natural or not.

hey, if i can make a suggestion...get on that stationary bike! once i started cycling my love handles, hips and bum totally reshaped in 5 weeks only! it was amazing. lol. worth a shot! also a great high cal burn in a short period of time!

videos at home after kids r in bed? thats what i did for a while. most are only 40min or so, which i would have spent watching tv or on my laptop otherwise. i made sure to make lunches etc before i started so i wouldnt have anything but the couch to look forward to after i was done! lol.

that number can be easily mucked up depending on whos doing the measuring, what they used, and their experience level. ...but if ur doing a butt load of cardio and not watching it, u could end up like i did a few months agao...i lost 6lbs of muscle, from over exercising (cardio) and not getting enough of the right foods…
