honey oat bread, white cheddar cheese (toasted), egg salad, lettuce, cucumbers, red onion, salt n pepper. i know its kinda boring, but NO ONE in my house eats egg salad, so its a bit of a treat for me, lol. YUM :D

5'7 aiming for 136lbs or 18-19%bf, whatever i get to 1st, lol. 111lbs seems awefully tiny. my lean body mass is 116lbs (so id have to be nothing but bones, muscle and skin to weigh less than that). im in the healthy weight range and 'athletic category for bf% currently at about 21%. im a sz8, 143-145lbs ish.

i think wherever there is stretch marks its hardewr to recover. my body is pretty dang tight everywwhere, except my belly (2 pregnancies and over 60lbs lost = lots of stretch marks) im looking into a having it removed. it just depends on ur own comfort level. some ppl can live with it, maybe im vain, but i really dont want…
