  • I so agree with this, I would say well next week. Now I just say I blew this meal and make sure I do better with the next. I really have a problem with will power. The crazy thing is I am such a control freak, but when it comes to eating I become so out of control. This site really help. I'm going to win I know it.
  • Thanks for the inspiration. I have been doing this for 5 weeks and have lost 3lbs. The only reason I haven't gained is I work out hard 4 to 5 days a week. I feel bad because if I would eat right I would have lost more weight. But, your story has helped me. I'm going to keep on pushing.
  • I do well all day. I work evenings and when I get home at 1am I start snacking. I started leaveing my money and credit cards at home because I will stop at 7-11 several times a night:grumble: . I'm going to try brushing my teeth, because I know I hate to eat after brushing. Does any one have any other advice?
