I ate a hardboiled egg just about every day last week! Time to stock up, going to boil some eggs for a convenient after gym snack and then try and track down a delicious healthy egg salad recipe I found and hook that up for some lunches next week. Thanks for the reminder. :drinker:

Trying these tomorrow morning! I only have 2% milk on hand and I think my Protein powder has more calories than yours because I entered the recipe on MFP and it came out to 262 calories. Will let you know how they turn out - thanks for sharing!

Everything I posted above was for the batch of crock pot oats I made! Sorry, I made the overnight oats once and just did regular oatmeal with milk, cinnamon and a banana.

I made my first batch on Sunday night! Steel cut oats, vanilla protein powder, two apples, a small box of raisins, cinnamon and 2% milk. I've eaten it both cold and warmed and I prefer it warmed up (but I also like warm milk with my cereal). Can't wait to make a new batch with a few different ingredients this Sunday coming…

My birthday was August 2nd but I was out of the country so I haven't got it yet buttttttttt my gift to myself will be an HRM and either a new workout outfit or new sneaks (leaning towards new sneaks).

Two eggs scrambled (no milk, no oil on the pan) with some dried basil leaves mixed in. Ketchup on the eggs, eggs on top of a piece of cheese, piece of cheese on top of a piece of toast. Also a banana, two cups of coffee (with creamer and sugar) and my vitamins.

I repeated the mini challenge from yesterday (150 crunches) and also completed 150 squats. Love the mini challenges! I am moving this week and preparing for a trip out of the country so I can't get my regular workout in!
