I have been logging my weight once a week and I log whatever it says on weigh day (I tend to weigh myself 8 bajillion times a day and do not log those fluctuations).

When you say calorie supplement - you just mean extra food at the end of the day to bump up your calories to reach whatever your net is? I have trouble with that (sometimes) too.
