Hmm - i'm pretty clueless but I uploaded a picture once but I did it from my..... crap I don;t remember. I think it was photobucket. You upload your pics there and then it gives you a code to use that you would enter here.

I've never heard of such a thing.... I would feel incredibly awkward opening gifts in front of everyone. Personally, i would never do something like that at my wedding but everyone has a different friends / family dynamic so I guess to each their own. I am the MOH at my best friends wedding and unfortunately moved 1200…

A few times I haven't been able to find one (probably a search error on my end) so I created a food to be added to the…

I'm 5ft3 (and a smidge extra). I have my daily goal set at 1350 and on days I workout I burn anywhere from 200-400 calories and I typically eat them all (most) back.

I hit a plateau after losing about 15lbs on a 1200 plan and bumped up to 1350 and immediately stated losing again and am now up to 31lbs lost.

Before I moved down South and joined MFP I wanted to lose weight so bad - I spent hours pouring through articles on the internet about the best methods to lose weight, finding workout routines and recipes and blah blah blah - BUT the one thing I wasn;t doing was actually putting in some real effort / work. I was caught up…

You will be a healthy weight IF you make it happen. No work (whether that means improving your diet or working out or both) = no results. ETA - not implying that you aren't putting in work

Beautiful story - so happy you found your way. My sincerest apologies regarding your wife. I can only imagine she would be so happy to see you out of your slump and living life again.
