I agree with eating more food that is less calorie dense. Be sure to find snacks between meals. I honestly eat something every coupl hours. A few cherries, a low fat cheese stick, some Greek light and fit you girt, some fresh veggies. Being hungry all the time isn't going to help. It is easy to give up when you are…

I actually ran on a treadmill. It was in thirty second bursts but it was a legitimate run. That wouldn't have been doable just a few months ago.

5'5" Lowest was 125lbs when I was 18. Highest was 298lbs when I started on MFP. Goal weight is 140.

Feel free to add me. I still have 114 lbs to loose. Some days the calorie goal seems impossible and others I make it No problem. It is a struggle that is for sure but when you start winning it feels SO good!

After 60 minutes on the elliptical I no longer feel like I might die and I still have water in my bottle. There Was a time a few months ago that 20 mintues felt like too much.

Not fitting places, like amusement parks rides, some public restroom stalls, I'll functioning seatbelts. Also, shopping for clothes. Having to drive an hour to find a store that carries my size the trying to find a shirt that covers my stomach.

The easiest tasty vegetables I think is a bag of frozen mixed vegetables ( I like the blend with squash in it or Normandy blend) on a cookie sheet, sprinkle on some lemon pepper and throw in the oven at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or so. They stay firm, taste fresh, and have no added fat or calories.

My husband had the three cheese mac n cheese at Applebee's. I searched how many calories was in it beacause it is very good. It has 1200 calories in it! I guess I will not be enjoying that anytime soon. Unless I don't want to eat anything else that day!

I started at 298 on May 1. I have never liked the idea of surgery because everyone I have known that has had surgery either looks ill or lost then gained again. I have tried phentermine in the past and I did loose some weight but it made me super nuts, so not really an option. I am currently at 259.2. I get frustrated…
