I would say never skip breakfast, as this is what starts your metabolism for the day. Dinner, eh? Definitely skip able.. Especially if you've eaten your calories for the day. Maybe do a few jumping jacks or sit ups to burn some calories if you're interested in a small fruit or light snack. Keep it up!

well, over the holiday season I would say my eating habbits were not exactly ideal. I just have read (in science based books) that doing a cleanse of your system is not a bad thing. Interesting. This is helpful... I was thinking of it more for a 'cleanse' result. Perhaps a simple food cleanse would work better. From what you are al saying it sounds like the tea-tox is more like straight chemicals and not necissarily healthy. Noclady1995 - thanks for the compliment!

Also try measuring yourself. I notice that my scale went down but didnt see a change. Then started to measure my mid-section. You DEFINITELY notice when you lose an inch :)
