You didn't give up on yourself, which in and of itself is a huge accomplishment. Just take it one day at a time and one step at time. Keeping a food journal and exercise journal helps me. Also, try to exercise most days even if its for 30 minutes. And last but not least, think before you eat something bad, think through it…
