Hey team! I've been good this week so far. I did an hour of Wii Fit on Mon, Tues and Today. Yesterday I ran for 30 minutes. So I'm feeling pretty good. And I went to Ruby Tuesday's for lunch today. Got the Turkey Minis and had them sub green beans for fries. Usually I would just eat the fries. :happy:

I agree. Why don't we try to come up with a workout each week? The only hard part is everyone might not have the same things unlocked yet.

For expample: stay away from anything with a batter (Sesame Chick, General Tso's chick, sweet and sour chick). I'm pretty sure there is usually a chick with veggies at most places. Has anyone tried the Dunkin Donuts Turkey Sausage Eggwhite Flatbread? It is one of the yummiest things I've ever eaten. And it's only 280 calories and is full of protein too. It's delicious! No more bagels for me!
