I was going to say gum as well. I had to make chocolate covered pretzels for work last week, so I popped some gum in my mouth before I got out the ingredients. I didn't even have a taste of chocolate, and that's a huge temptation for me.

I just cut 10 inches off my hair, so now that it's *just* to my shoulders, it explodes into curls. I'm loving the new Suave Whipped Cream Mousse for styling because it makes them soft and pretty and my hair doesn't look like I stuck my finger in a light socket.

I have OCD, so if I'm not careful, I can get stuck in a loop of being obsessed with my calories and exercise. A major trigger is if I get deficient in B vitamins. I saw some improvement in a week. My stretchmarks are nearly 3 years old from when I was pregnant, so they're not exactly fresh. I've also read that after you use the scrub you should use a vitamin E cream, but I haven't started that yet.

I haven't used Mederma, but one thing that has really helped with my stretch marks is is St. Ives Apricot Scrub (actually I get the generic brand). I just scrub my belly with it, and it helps smooth out the skin. And if you use it before the Mederma, it will probably help it penetrate and be absorbed better.
