I weigh 9st10 at the moment and I've always had that but I've started doing ab crunches and sit-ups and all of that kinda stuff and it's starting to go down now, but it'll probably never go away completely and it's perfectly normal :)

I 5'4 and currently 148lbs from 210lbs. I have quite a large frame so im aiming for about 135 so i don't look too boney x
