Mine are 26.5 and are huge!!! That is bigger than my son's waist.. I am 219lbs right now.. Started at 255lbs and my thighs were 28 inches. I am 5'6'

I have no advice.. but I wanted to thank everyone for the comments. I have been attempting to do girly pushups but my knees were always hurting so bad.... never thought of knee pads! Thanks

Thank you all for your comments!!! I did not expect that many ppl to reply :) I have learned alot and am still sticking with it.. My goal is to be normal weight this time next year!! So heres to keeping up the good work! Scale is going in the cabinet

um.. I have been trying to eat all my Cal.. It told me to eat 1400.. I thought if I went below it that my body would think I was starving.. I usually have 0-200 left at the end of the night, but I do not exercise
