  • It's not that hard! Nuts, full fats cheeses, full fat dressing, protein shakes/bars, etc. There are plenty of ways you can add calories without eating junk.
  • I get that but they also aren't trying to eat 2,000 calories of healthy food. They are trying to eat 1,200. That isn't really too hard to do. Nuts are good for you but high in fat and calories. Full fat cheeses, protein shakes, etc. There are many ways to add calories without adding back "junk".
  • I'm also seriously wondering how anyone has trouble reaching 1200 calories a day. I mean I'm not trying to be mean or anything but I think most people who need to lose weight didn't get overweight by eating under 1200 calories a day.
