This season is .. well okay. It's not really as hyped up as the others. I don't think they're the heaviest bunch of all but they have great community spirit. The whole Ararat losing the weight thing isn't really needed and I didnt like that some of the prize money was sacrificed for the town. I hate how Rodger had to leave…

I'm 21, turning 22 in October

7lb in a month? I'm lucky to lose that in 3! Celebrate your success instead of being greedy, this isn't a quick fix.
-
First of all, what is your weight and height? If you are active I suggest eating more than 1200 a day.. Losing 5kg in a month isn't exactly healthy if you weigh less than 200lb

When I was bigger and wasn't losing, it was because I was doing TOO much. I would have a rest day (I mean REST, sit on my butt and watch tv all day) and what do you know the next weigh in I've lost again. Either that, or you need to change up your routine and diet. Having a "cheat" day would suprisingly help me lose weight…

If she wants to do a juice or smoothie fast, she will do a juice or smoothie fast.. She is simply asking which one is more beneficial. She doesn't need a lecture about whats right or wrong. I haven't done either but I would reccommend a smoothie just because its the whole food.. and it's easier than juicing. Again, it's up…

I step on it once, except if it's a number I don't believe is possible.

I lost about 25kg by just walking, it's a great start and when it's too easy you can start interval training!

Yes!!!!! It really does, and is a way of life for me now/

Probably in about 1 year and a few months for me.. I ate around 1700 - 1800 a day and started at 254lb 5'6. Only exercise was walking.

I only starting weighing food a few months ago... lost 35kg without it.

I used to juice (loved it but got lazy with it). Now I have a magic bullet and make green smoothies. Less waste I guess.

I'd say sedentary unless you are doing workouts during the week too. It would be good if you could invest in a fitbit to measure your steps and TDEE

I've had a few bad days but nothing too crazy over maintainence. I had a month off from logging food due to an away from home nursing placement (was too busy to care about food). I went a bit crazy and gained 2kg. Other than that I have only had my birthday and Christmas day off.

I got lazy and started working in fast food. Cheap food = good food. I also thought having a fiance that loved me no matter what made it free reign to put anything I liked in my mouth. I got so big I literally felt embarrassed to go anywhere and felt so uncomfortable. There were a number of things that made me start losing…

I eat the stuff I like less and then leave the best part on my plate for last.

635 days, just apart of my everyday routine. I'll keep going until I'm ready to stop.
