I have been vegetarian basically since I was a child. I don't really remember eating meat at all... ever. So for me it is all I have ever known, but for others it's a hard transition. I have thought about going vegan but I think it would be too difficult for me as I live in a hick town where even the mention of the word…

I totally get this.... I hit my goal yesterday and I am left feeling empty! I still think I am dieting and am too anxious to up calories yet.

You're right! I am considering paediatrics and midwifery :smile: 14 months, I had about 2 months all up with no losses though. I only joined the gym 5 kilos to my goal weight.

I think thats a right goal for you, considering you would'nt eat back exercise calories. I am 180, 5'6 and eat 1700 a day.. I still lose!

I actually fit it into my day and treat myself, bring my own popcorn and drinks.

You should be proud of your weight loss and inspired by yourself and others.. If you don't like the people you are friends with, heres an idea, delete them! Actually, delete yourself if you honestly think that way.

If I am hungry, I will eat them back. If not, I try to at least eat half back.

I would consider that a binge, but in saying that everyones perception of a binge is different. Dust yourself off and get back on the wagon. Everyone has these days, so don't worry. Just make sure tomorrow you drink a lot of water to rid that sodium.

We are sexual beings, therefore denying the need for sex just isn't natural. But in saying that, waiting for the right one to come along before throwing yourself out there worked for me. I have only had one sexual partner and we are engaged. Sex before marriage can work.

Reason 1: because I never got into the habit as a kid of eating it... therefore starting to eat it repulsed me. Reason 2: I love animals.

I used to drink a lot of coffee a day (hello!! nursing student here!! :laugh: ) but now I limit myself to a couple a week. A coffee once a day won't hurt you though, apparently it's good for you.

I drink 2-3+ litres of water a day, up to 5 litres before weigh in day... so no. BUT it can lead to water intoxication.

Are they maintaining a steady deficit? Because doing 1000+ calorie deficit will only work for so long..

It's true, but in saying that... Incorporating a healthy diet will benefit your body as well.
