Nobodies diary is perfect.. just eat more vegetables, fruits and wholegrains. Cooking more home meals will help you with that. Don't forget the water!

I don't log it, as I am following -20% TDEE and eat the same goal everyday regardless of exercise.

You'll be fine, you need to fuel your body. It will thank you! Stop worrying and enjoy the extra calories and energy, you will definitely enjoy the difference.

I eat 1850 a day, seems like I'm eating all the time! But I am losing way more weight. I used to eat 1600 and it was horrible :grumble:

I've been vegetarian since I can remember, you can add me and look at my diary if you like :) I always keep protein in mind when making my meals.

More importantly, what number were you eating BEFORE you started this? Your body is getting used to actual fuel, trust me I went through it when I upped calories. A number of things, you dont have to eat back your exercise calories UNLESS it's a super active day (I do this anyway). Are you on your period right now? Are you…

What is your BMR and TDEE? Are you netting between their daily (this INCLUDES exercise)

When I started I followed MFP and their 1300 calorie goal.. I was 254lb and starving! Gained some knowledge and upped my calories to 1900 and have been around 1800 since then.. I did have a few horrible months when I stupidly changed my goal to 1600 and stalled. I am finally getting back to where I was before.
