The more I drink the more water I lose, that and when I am off my birth control pill. I can lose up to a kg.

Use a wrap as a pizza base, or find a reasonably low cal base. I use one called Mission, Garlic and Herb. Its only about 300 calories for the base. You can also use cauliflower as a crust.

What exactly are you eating back with the exercise?... Just curious. Salt possibly? Drinking enough water? Weighing the same time and same place every week? Are you stressed? Logging correctly? Maybe you need to stop exercising as much and give your body a break.

Different brands, different sizes. In some brands I am a size 14 pant, in others I am a size 18 pant. In shirts I can be anywhere from a 12, 14 or 16... Just have to know what brand sizes fit you and go with it. Not much you can do.

I could spend up to $80 - $100 a week on groceries for myself EXCLUDING any takeaways I get.... I live in Queensland Australia. The grocery prices here are insane...

I'm sorry for your loss. My Gran died in June and it was tough on me too, I also fell off the wagon. I put all my energy into exercising and TRYING to eat the best I could but acknowledging that I probably wont sometimes :flowerforyou:

Yes! Theres one two houses down from me. My sister lived there and saw him numerous times in the house. The spare room was always cold and when I stayed over one night, I heard footsteps and running back to the room!
