You. Aren't. Eating. Enough. Food. FIRSTLY: How much do you weigh? Whats your height? Honestly, if you are exercising heaps you need to fuel that!! If you deprive your body of fuel it will turn on you and convert all your meals into your fat reserve.

I'm 21 in October! Would love some new friends

I don't cut out anything.
-
Simple, learn from your mistakes and start again tomorrow. Try as best you can to find foods low in those macros, but don't worry too much.
-
I eat pizza, icecream and other "bad" things weekly (they don't sell poptarts in Aus  ).. If it fits in your goal go for it! Life is for living, enjoy the food! Otherwise it'd be boring as!

Yes, but not all the time. Only when I know I'm planning a big meal out or very hungry that day.

Great video

Personally hate slim pasta, because the texture is odd. Plus it is soooo watery, no matter how many times you rinse it out it just sucks. I would rather eat real pasta and take my chances with the calories tbh.

Nothing because I eat in moderation.

I'm 5'6 and 190lb and my TDEE with light exercise is 2200 so yes it's correct.
-
TDEE is total daily energy expenditure. This is the calories you burn everyday, like going to work, going to school, sitting, walking, watching tv, exercising ect. BMR is basal metabolic rate, this is the amount your body would burn if you were to lie in bed all day and not move a muscle (basically if you were in a coma…

If you struggle with eating lower numbers just adjust your calorie goal to 1600 - 1700, and for example exercise to net 1400 average for the week. Or if you prefer to eat more on weekends, net lower for the week (exercise harder) to have a larger calorie intake for the weekend. It's all about planning, numbers and…

I am adding you. We are the same age and are both full time students and part time workers... :) I have been with MFP for over a year and have lost 60+lb
-
Thanks! Going to try this in the morning

When you stop it's hard to get back on track, I took two weeks off at the start of the month and ate whatever I wanted without worry. Although it's good to have a break (2 weeks break for a whole year of logging) I knew if I kept it up I was just going to waste all my hard work.

Hi I am Cassie and I am 20 years old, turning 21 this year. I have been losing weight since April 1st 2012 and so far have lost almost 30kg (65lb)
-
I had acne in my teens and suddenly at the start of the year got it full blown again. I actually had to go to the doctor and get medication for it it was so bad and I was so miserable.. If it's bothering you, see your doctor.

I love TWD!!! I also enjoy the comic!!

I get into bouts of addiction with pepsi max and only found that I stopped doing it if I found an alternative. Perhaps try soda water? You don't need to cut it altogether, you can slowly withdraw yourself.

I call you ignorant.
-
Bombs in America killing a few people vs. 1000's of innocent women and children dead in Iraq everyday due to a pointless war.
-
21 this year!
-
Find what works for you, no one else can determine it! Trial and error my friend.
-
I am proud that after 2 weeks break I am accepting the fact I didn't eat the best and getting back on track! Feeling good.
