Day one for me! Eeeee so excited! Haha! Jumping jacks killed me a little. Right after the workout I was thinking, "Hrm, that didn't seem too hard...maybe I need something more intense..." An hour later I couldn't lift my arms or walk up the stairs XD I may start Level 2 early, depending on how sore I be ;) Good luck folks!

haha! @dawnna76 ;) OK. so I did this diet and lost a few pounds...but starving myself for a few weeks without taking "hormone drops" would have the same effect ;) Basically, you eat something like 500-800 cal/day which is SUPER unhealthy!
