  • i find that for me personally, i lose weight more if i don't eat back my exercise calories. i have tried eating them back but just seem to stall. when i reach my goal though i know then that i will be just fine eating them back to stay stable :)
  • i am 5'6 and have a goal weight of 135lbs .... i have been told many things about this, some agreeing , some disagreeing. what i do know however is that i will know when i have reached my goal, be it more or less as i will be able to tell from my body not my scales. :) good luck with your journey and feel free to add…
  • surely losing weight and keeping it off requires a whole lifestyle change, this means eating a sensible BALANCED diet and an exercise routine that fits around your lifestyle. that way when you lose the weight and reach your goal the weight wont come right back on, as you would have learnt all the correct ways to stays…

  • i want to be able to run around with my kids again :happy: i find that by being honest with myself on here with what im eating/drinking i can really see what im doing wrong and it forces me to focus on my goal - instead of kidding myself i wasnt over eating
